Terms of Service

Pxzen provides product strategy, UI/UX design, full-stack development and AI & automation services under a scoped proposal or statement of work agreed with each client before engagement begins.

Packages (Launch, Build, Scale, Enterprise) and add-ons are billed per the agreed proposal, typically in milestone-based installments. Late payment may pause active work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables (designs, source code) transfers to the client upon full payment. Pxzen retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside agreed scope is quoted separately before proceeding.

Pxzen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of delivered products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an active engagement per the notice period specified in the signed proposal; work completed to date is billed accordingly.
