Partner Program Terms
Last updated: August 2026
This is placeholder legal copy for the Pxzen Partner Network — replace with terms reviewed by legal counsel before launch. It sits alongside the general Pxzen Terms of Service.
1. Who qualifies as a partner
Freelancers, consultants, sales professionals, lead generators, agency owners, industry specialists and entrepreneurs may apply to join the Pxzen Partner Network. Pxzen may accept, decline or remove a partner at its discretion.
2. What qualifies as a referral
A referral is a prospect submitted through the Pxzen Partner Form who was not already an active Pxzen lead or client. [Define the official attribution window here.]
3. Lead attribution
Commission is attributed to the partner who first submits an eligible prospect through the Partner Form, subject to Pxzen's review. [Define the official attribution window here.]
4. Duplicate / existing leads
If a prospect has already been engaged by Pxzen or submitted by another partner, the referral may not qualify. Pxzen determines eligibility in cases of dispute.
5. Commission calculation
Eligible partners earn 25% of the net qualifying project value actually received by Pxzen. For example, a $15,000 qualifying project value yields a $3,750 commission ($15,000 × 25%).
6. Net qualifying project value
Net qualifying project value excludes taxes, refunds, third-party costs, external services, and infrastructure/API costs where applicable. [Define excluded project costs here.]
7. Payment timing
Commission becomes payable after Pxzen receives the applicable client payment. [Define official commission payment timing here.]
8. Refunds and cancellations
If a client cancels a project or receives a refund, commission is adjusted or reversed accordingly. [Define the official refund/cancellation treatment here.]
9. Taxes
Partners are responsible for any taxes owed on commission earned through the Partner Network, in accordance with applicable law in their jurisdiction.
10. Multiple partners claiming the same lead
Where more than one partner submits the same prospect, Pxzen will determine attribution based on submission records and program rules then in effect.
11. Pxzen's right to reject an opportunity
Pxzen may decline to pursue a submitted opportunity for any reason, including fit, capacity or prior engagement, without obligation to pay commission on declined opportunities.
12. Non-exclusive relationship
Participation in the Partner Network does not create an employment, agency or exclusive relationship between the partner and Pxzen.
13. No guarantee of outcome
Pxzen does not guarantee that any referral will result in a signed project or commission payment.
14. Program modification and termination
Pxzen may modify or discontinue the Partner Network, or these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners where practical.
15. Fraudulent or spam referrals
Submitting fabricated, spam or unauthorized referrals is grounds for removal from the Partner Network and forfeiture of associated commission.
16. Confidentiality
Partners should treat information shared by Pxzen or prospective clients during the referral process as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of the introduction.
17. Compliance with applicable laws
Partners are responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including those governing referrals, solicitation and data privacy.
